With Father's Day Here Soon... "Work and Family"

I really enjoyed this... Sometimes it helps to see and hear it from a third party. "Click Here" Our children really do see and hear what we do... even when sometimes it does not seem like it, but they do. I have been blessed with five children and they sometimes have not been so blessed with me as there father. Being a father is an on the job training, I learn from them when I have an open mine. "I learn from no one when it is closed".  We need to remember why we do what we do... We wake up to serve, from our God in heaven, wife/ family and my clients/job... When that changes in any other order then that, then balance is heading for a crash and burn... I was brought up to work, and to work hard. What I continually strive to lean on a daily-base is to to keep that balance and prospectiveness.  As a man we need to be that hunter, however we need to also be a loving father and walk that path we want others to follow. So I will work hard when I work... I will hunt well when I hunt... And I will strive to be a better father who has his "balance" in order.

Mid Week... FUN!

Wow started out the day at the dentist for a cleaning... and now on hold with a bank trying to get some answers... Don't know which one I like more... Hit a wall with the weight thing (an old boilerplate weight), now I’m back on track and have lost a total of 53lbs... So should hit my target weight of over 68 pounds for this round. Looking forward to the warmer weather ahead and getting outside and working the garden.

TGIF... It is a Great Friday at that...

 Stared out the morning like every morning... checking emails, calling banks... sent Tori off to school, went to my chiropractor (every other Friday), dropped Anna off at her work at Starbucks... Then I went and visited some friends and past clients who had their new baby girl yesterday up at the hospital... I got to hold her for a good while... They are so small and helpless at that time of their life. It brings everything to a perspective does it not... "We Work to Live, Not Live to Work"... An old timer once told me that... So I cancelled my afternoon appointments and will be at Tori's school for a program they put on for special people in their life’s... So take heed all of you and smell the roses and you know the rest... Have an awesome weekend. 

End of Home Buyer Tax Credit Unlikely to Deter Most Real Estate Buyers

I hope you all agree... Yes the incentive was nice icing on the cake! How about putting it on spreadsheet and checking out the longer term... such as interest rates creeping up if you wait, or buying up to a bigger home at a much lower price now and when the market turns around seeing a bigger return of investment. So bye to the little number of an incentive... and Hello Big Money before this market heads upward...

Windy Wednesday...

Well I'm working at my new desk up in my second office in the house I just created... So one upstairs now and one still in the basement with all the desktop computers, printers and color copy-machine from my friend and owner of Suburban Copy... Glen Peters... So if you need a copier... call him.

Had a great weekend, starting to do a workout program to get over the 49/50lbs slump I'm at... Hope to see some deferent’s and some body mass building. Summer coming and we have several Weddings to attend, so I hope to be in one of my suites I have not worn in a few years (not my leasure suite, ha-ha))

Weekend Off With the Family...

It was a great day at the recital... Tori has come a long way and has only been playing for 8 months. We are so proud of here. We met a lot of new people we did not know... Great way to network, all my children have been a way to meet new and exciting people. One of the greats things about being in your own business is the folks you meet. That's what I like about traveling too, the airport watching :0)

Well woke up to SNOW... We at this point have about six inches... FUN!

For those of you who do not know me and ones that do... I am on a weight loss program and have lost 45lbs as of this morning. My goal is to lose 100lbs by the end of September... And My Life Time Goal is to KEEP it OFF!!!  With the amount of work I do in a day with Real Estate and Team National Business Exchange, I need to be the perfect, "Lean Mean Producing Machine"
