For those of you who do not know me and ones that do... I am on a weight loss program and have lost 45lbs as of this morning. My goal is to lose 100lbs by the end of September... And My Life Time Goal is to KEEP it OFF!!! With the amount of work I do in a day with Real Estate and Team National Business Exchange, I need to be the perfect, "Lean Mean Producing Machine"

Good Morning... today I hit the 47lbs mark... three more pounds and I am what I call halfway there :0)... yesterday morning was about paper catch-up (computer work) in the morning and appointments in the afternoon... Networking is all about "Working the Net" if you trying to catch the next lot, you need to be out flinging the bait that attracts the catch... Had a bank come back with a 2nd Brokers Price Opinion (BPO) higher than the two offers I have on a condo in Denver, SO back on the Market we went… Hate doing things two and three times and only getting paid once if I’m lucky… That is the Short Sale market in a NUTSHELL!
